Keep the full instructions close
What this practice established
The activities practise identifying the main components, preparing a detergent configuration and diagnosing a supply fault. Use those decisions as a starting point when reading the full instructions for your exact device.
Manufacturer sources
This course concerns EU product 1.679-400.0. Confirm the model and instructions on the actual device before use.
Shutdown is a sequence
The manual describes releasing the trigger, closing the tap, pressing the trigger for 30 seconds, releasing and locking it, disconnecting the water supply, then switching off and unplugging. Read the full surrounding operating and safety instructions before applying this sequence. The activity compresses these steps into a simulated action and does not measure a real timed skill.

Return to the model whenever a connection is unclear. A successful knowledge check is evidence of your answers here, not proof of safe physical operation.
Recall it without the model
Try each card before revealing the answer. Return to these after a break to check what you remember.
Water sprays, but detergent is absent. The lance is at SOFT and the suction end is immersed. What do you inspect next?
Follow the suction hose and inspect its filter. A kink and filter debris are different possible causes. Isolate the device before correction.
Why is switching off insufficient before removing an accessory?
Pressure can remain. Follow the full manual shutdown sequence to release residual pressure before disconnection.
What makes a repair explanation useful?
It connects an actual observation to the correction: for example, debris in the filter calls for cleaning that filter, not changing the lance.
